combine roasted red peppers and their juice, onions, and garlic into a blender or food processor. blend until smooth.
in a hot pan, combine oil and red pepper mix. simmer on medium heat until it begins to bubble
whisk in your stock and let it get back to bubbling
add in remaining spices
let simmer until you are ready to use the sauce
if using as a pasta sauce, combine sauce with pasta. if using as a pizza sauce, pour over your crust and top as normal.
