this cake is super moist and full of flavor even without the dairy and gluten
using a stand mixer or hand mixer, cream together butter substitute and sugar
add in egg substitute and vanilla extract
in a separate bowl, mix together flour substitute, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder
with mixer running, add half of the flour mixture to the creamed butter
add in unsweetened rice milk
add in the other half of the flour mixture
beat until well blended
spoon into desired pan and bake in a 350F oven for 15 min
